How do I join a family?Ask your family owner to send an invite from Settings → Members. You'll get an email with a link.

How do I set up a wall display?On the device you want to use, open Settings → Wall Display and follow the pairing steps.

How do I delete my account or family?Settings → Account. Or send the form below and we'll handle it for you.

I lost my zero-knowledge passphrase. If the recovery code is also lost, protected photos cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Everything else in your family is unaffected.
